Valkala: Hindu Prayers in English, with Meaning

Valkala is a free reader for Hindu prayers: complete aartis, chalisas, stotras, mantras, bhajans and vrat kathas in Hindi (Devanagari) and English script, with their meaning. Each prayer page names the printed edition or source its text follows, records where editions differ, and states what has and has not been checked.

Festival and vrat pages give the date for New Delhi from two published sources, with the readings and a simple home outline for the day. The reader scrolls on its own at your pace, so you can recite without touching the screen, and a free japa counter keeps count for you.
